Senior Consultant, Dynamics 365 F&O Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, which include GL, AP, AR, FA, and Budgeting.

• Partner with international clients to identify business requirements and convert them into scalable financial solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and training for key users.

• Configure and tailor finance modules to meet specific client needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee smooth integration and data migration.

• Provide guidance on finance best practices, compliance, and process enhancement.

• Assist in pre-sales activities and play a role in solution design.

• Formulate strategies for digital transformation and design, implement, and manage innovative cloud solutions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence within the EMEA region; sponsorship is only available in the Netherlands.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and lead initiatives with a high degree of accountability.

• Collaborative approach and ability to excel in a multicultural, remote-first team environment across various time zones and cultures.

• Goal-driven and proactive, with a focus on delivering value and measurable results in financial transformation initiatives.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, emphasizing finance modules.

• Demonstrated success as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations.

• Strong understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, and consolidation.

• Prior experience in a finance role is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Knowledge of other European languages is an added benefit.

• Experience in pre-sales, conducting workshops, or mentoring junior consultants is a plus.
