Senior Consultant de Procesos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and moderate executive and operational workshops aimed at fostering a deep understanding of the business.

• Conduct thorough gap analysis and identify critical operational discrepancies within distributed ecosystems.

• Lead comprehensive operational redesign initiatives to propose optimal future processes (TO-BE).

• Develop and present high-standard technical and corporate documentation to support executive decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Desirable and proven experience of 5+ years in continuous process improvement and operational consulting.

• Strong and essential command of standardized BPMN notation.

• Mastery in AS-IS analysis techniques, TO-BE model design, and facilitation of both in-person and virtual co-creation workshops.

• Demonstrated ability in structuring operational analyses and drafting high-level executive documentation.
