Senior Consultant de Gobierno de Identidades, IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and maintain controls and KPIs for Identity Governance.

• Analyze risks and deviations in IAM processes.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Drive and follow up on corrective actions.

• Develop metrics and indicators for maturity and compliance.

• Coordinate initiatives with technical teams and business areas.

• Participate in the evolution of the identity governance model.

• Join a stable, long-term project focused on enhancing control, monitoring, and the evolution of identity and access management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Identity Governance, IAM, or Access Governance.

• Experience in defining controls, metrics, and KPIs.

• Knowledge of risk management and compliance related to identities and access.

• Experience in designing and improving processes.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.

• Communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.

• Desirable knowledge of IAM governance frameworks and Identity Governance.

• Desirable experience in access reviews and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.

• Desirable experience in automating controls.

• Desirable knowledge of SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
