Senior Consultant, Business Value Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in transformation and operational enhancement initiatives within manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering sectors.

• Evaluate business processes and operational performance to uncover areas for improvement and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Play a role in designing target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

• Aid in operational strategy and optimization efforts across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

• Utilize lean and continuous improvement techniques to boost efficiency, quality, and overall business results.

• Create client deliverables while supporting workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in management consulting, executing transformation and operational enhancement projects within manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering sectors.

• A university degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of operational processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and transformation efforts in industrial settings.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in both German and English languages.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel based on client and project requirements.
