Senior Consultant, Business Value Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in transformation and operational enhancement initiatives within manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering sectors.

• Evaluate business processes and operational performance to pinpoint areas for improvement and aid in decision-making.

• Play a role in designing target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

• Aid in the development of operational strategies and optimization projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational domains.

• Utilize lean and continuous improvement techniques to boost efficiency, quality, and overall business results.

• Create client deliverables and facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and various project execution tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in management consulting, focusing on transformation and operational enhancement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering sectors.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.

• Knowledge of operational processes, continuous improvement practices, and transformation efforts in industrial settings.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for effectively engaging diverse stakeholders.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• Willingness to travel as required by client and project demands.
