Senior Consultant – Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacy Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer advanced analytical and strategic assistance to the Ambulatory Pharmacy team in operational and financial areas.

• Perform financial, operational, and healthcare data analyses to uncover opportunities and tackle intricate business challenges.

• Analyze industry trends, regulatory updates, utilization patterns, and forecasts.

• Create, implement, and oversee project plans.

• Develop reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, tables, and presentations for executive-level audiences.

• Share insights and strategic recommendations with leadership.

• Formulate customized financial proformas, encompassing cash flow, margin, and profitability calculations.

• Examine prescriber, dispensing, claims, and pharmacy data to pinpoint potential 340B claims and revenue enhancement opportunities.

• Sustain analytical tools and methodologies for identifying specialty and limited distribution medications.

• Maintain and evaluate pricing data for the Specialty Drug List and Limited Distribution Drug List.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional clients to create analytics solutions, tracking tools, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience required.

• Background in healthcare data analytics, financial analytics, pharmacy analytics, or a similar analytical discipline.

• Capability to interpret financial analyses and convert complex findings into straightforward, actionable business insights.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including analytical models, formulas, and macros.

• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Preferred experience with SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and dashboard creation.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from data collection and analysis to final deliverables and implementation.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse clients.

• Skill in managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel regularly and promptly throughout the year to accommodate clients' needs and schedules.
