This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in discovery sessions and pitches as the primary operator in the room.
• Assess ambulatory workflows, quantify potential opportunities, and develop proposals.
• Lead discussions on throughput, space utilization, patient wait times, as well as scheduling and access workflows.
• Present the complete ambulatory portfolio, including innovative AI and agentic capabilities.
• Communicate convincingly about unconventional applications of the ambulatory portfolio.
• Conduct on-site visits post-deployment to evaluate, observe, and document workflows.
• Transform workflow insights into tailored documentation for customers.
• Manage dedicated consulting engagements and ensure committed outcomes.
• Deliver outcomes and recommendations during customer business reviews.
• Spot opportunities for expansion.
• Convey the customer's perspective to the Product team.
• Report directly to the Head of Advisory.
• Over 5 years of experience in ambulatory operations, including clinic or practice management, infusion or ambulatory surgery operations, scheduling and patient access leadership, or operational analytics.
• Proficiency with access and throughput metrics.
• Comfortable presenting access and throughput metrics to executive leadership.
• Established credibility as a peer to a VP of Ambulatory Operations, COO, or clinic medical leadership.
• Familiarity with technology and a curiosity about AI, RTLS, and EHR-integrated workflows.
• Engineering background is not a requirement.
