This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver content and information architecture strategy and guidance to Web Operations and Development.
• Establish a website content strategy that encompasses taxonomy, structure, narrative, and alignment with buyer stages.
• Oversee high-priority web projects from start to finish, including site sections, campaign hubs, launch experiences, interactive tools, and event microsites.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to convert positioning and competitive differentiation into digital experiences.
• Create web writing standards, content briefs, and authoring guidelines for the CMS.
• Brief Creative and Video teams on requirements for visual storytelling.
• Define web governance, intake criteria, prioritization frameworks, approval workflows, and management of page lifecycles.
• Shape navigation and internal linking for user experience and AI/search systems.
• Ensure messaging consistency across web content, paid landing pages, chat copy, and campaign experiences.
• Work closely with Campaigns, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Web Development on landing pages, chat flows, personalization, and understanding buyer intent.
• Audit digital journeys to identify messaging gaps and friction points, implementing necessary fixes.
• Map out content, CTAs, and navigation throughout the buyer's journey.
• Design chat and web experiences that are focused on validation for AI-referral and high-intent buyers.
• Define and monitor journey-stage KPIs.
• Take ownership of the website personalization strategy and roadmap.
• Define form strategies and implement progressive profiling.
• Utilize visitor, firmographic, and intent data to enhance on-site experiences.
• Enhance content credibility and provide structured answers for AI engines across essential finance categories.
• Address competitive gaps in AI-generated narratives in collaboration with the SEO/AEO Lead.
• Highlight proof points, customer stories, technical depth, and integration coverage.
• Link narrative gaps to potential competitive risks and revenue exposure.
• Manage the scoping and intake process for web projects, including stakeholder discovery, workshops, setting expectations, and defining success criteria.
• Communicate project updates and translate technical complexities into business-friendly language.
• Oversee the web performance dashboard and prioritize actions based on traffic, engagement, conversion, and journey data.
• Maintain a roadmap for A/B and multivariate testing.
• Define hypotheses, document outcomes, and maintain a shared knowledge base.
• Report on web performance and pipeline contributions to marketing leadership.
• Act as the central hub for the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Business.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS web, content, or digital marketing strategy.
• Senior or principal-level responsibility for web or content strategy.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable organic growth in traffic, share of voice, conversion, and pipeline.
• Proven ability to defend results to executives, boards, and investors.
• Established ownership of complex web and/or development projects from strategy through to launch.
• Strong program management capabilities.
• Exceptional web writing abilities.
• In-depth understanding of B2B buyer journeys.
• Experience in designing content architectures, content graphs, structured FAQs, and AI-extractable proof points.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in GA4, heatmap tools, and A/B testing.
• Daily hands-on experience with Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Sanity.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Ability to contribute to wireframe and information architecture decisions.
• Capability to brief creative and video teams effectively.
