This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute escalated and intricate investigations for agents and agencies concerning sales and marketing.
β’ Suggest corrective measures and aid in remediation efforts.
β’ Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on case status, potential risks, and obstacles to resolution.
β’ Create and revise detailed compliance policies, procedures, and investigative resources, recommending modifications based on trends identified in cases and audits.
β’ Present findings from investigations to an Agent Review Board to facilitate objective decision-making.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert for Compliance Analysts regarding investigative methods, evidence standards, documentation quality, and precedents for corrective actions.
β’ Detect trends and propose enhancements in processes, training, and systems to decrease investigation cycle times and manage pending case volume effectively.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to resolve issues and enhance investigative workflow systems.
β’ Provide training to new associates joining the compliance team during peak seasons.
β’ Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
β’ Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Compliance Manager.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance, including direct experience in conducting investigations.
β’ Strong attention to detail, with a well-organized and thorough approach, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement.
β’ Self-driven with the ability to quickly adapt to change and a robust problem-solving capability.
β’ Proactive in organizing work efficiently and managing a diverse caseload of varying complexity within established turnaround times.
β’ Capability to critically evaluate information from various sources, arrive at justifiable conclusions, and identify when issues should be escalated.
β’ Proven track record of consistently delivering work and projects that align with defined objectives with minimal daily oversight.
β’ Willingness and adaptability to collaborate with colleagues in a virtual setting, embodying a team-oriented spirit.
β’ Experience in monitoring and auditing activities of Third Party Marketing Organizations (TPMOs).
