This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and implement long-term strategies for compliance and cloud assurance.
• Ensure effective access to regional markets and readiness for regulatory requirements.
• Promote standardization, automation, and governance across on-premise, SaaS, and hybrid platforms.
• Spearhead AI and intelligent workflow projects to enhance compliance operations and audit preparedness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to streamline execution and eliminate obstacles.
• Create executive-level dashboards and metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and program advancement.
• Develop scalable compliance frameworks and engage with cross-functional executives to drive influence.
• Lead operational transformation and maintain rigor within a dynamic, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management.
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud or enterprise technology settings.
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR.
• Proven ability to convert vision into actionable strategies while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in driving enterprise transformation and enhancing operational maturity.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer are preferred.
• Experience in designing and scaling compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics is preferred.
