This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and facilitate the administration and implementation of annual merit planning, incentive and bonus planning, as well as performance management processes.
• Manage the configuration, testing, governance, reporting, communication, and stakeholder support within the Workday system.
• Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday compensation and performance management processes.
• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, deliverables, documentation, job aids, training materials, leadership resources, and employee communications.
• Oversee program execution while enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for decision-making, program evaluation, and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to resolve issues and ensure program delivery.
• Assist with salary structure updates, market pricing, compensation analyses, audits, compliance, regulatory reporting, and governance.
• Provide backup support for executive compensation administration, which includes LTI, DCP, and SERP processes.
• Aid special projects related to compensation, performance management, human capital programs, Workday enhancements, process automation, and organizational initiatives.
• Carry out other duties, analyses, and projects as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive compensation experience, including program administration, market pricing, and compensation consulting, is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior-level compensation role is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of Executive Compensation experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading annual compensation planning processes (annual merit, bonus, performance management) and compensation-related projects is required.
• Experience in collaborating with senior leaders and HR stakeholders on complex compensation issues is required.
• Proficiency in Workday is necessary.
• Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States; this position is currently not eligible for sponsorship.
