This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the global job architecture, encompassing job families, sub-families, career levels, job profiles, titles, and associated compensation structures.
• Spearhead job architecture initiatives that support organizational design, career progression, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Conduct market pricing and leveling for new, existing, and evolving roles across corporate, information technology, sales, and warehouse operations.
• Oversee participation in annual compensation surveys, which includes job matching, data validation, survey submissions, analysis, and upkeep of market benchmarks.
• Keep track of compensation trends and market practices, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage the annual merit and bonus processes from start to finish, including planning, data preparation, communication materials for managers, administration, auditing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HRIS on business requirements, system configuration, testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Create instructions, tools, and resources for managers.
• Assist in bonus and commission programs, including analyses, materials, and communications.
• Formulate compensation analyses and recommendations for new hires, promotions, market adjustments, job changes, and other pay-related decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, managers, and business leaders on compensation needs and program administration.
• Monitor pay laws and regulatory requirements, recommending updates to compensation practices as necessary.
• Enhance compensation processes, reporting, data integrity, controls, and the manager experience.
• A minimum of five years of comprehensive compensation experience, with at least three years focused on job architecture, market pricing, and benchmarking.
• Proven experience in maintaining and improving job architecture, including job families, career levels, job profiles, and salary structures.
• Familiarity with major compensation survey providers such as Radford, McLagan, Willis Towers Watson, or Mercer.
• Strong understanding of broad-based compensation, job architecture, market pricing, salary surveys, and compensation administration.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for clearly explaining compensation concepts.
• Ability to forge effective partnerships across HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and the business.
• Ability to convert compensation requirements into business requirements and collaborate with HRIS on system testing and data validation.
• Experience supporting compensation programs in a multinational organization, including the United States, India, and the United Kingdom, is preferred.
• Experience in evaluating and benchmarking hourly positions in warehouse, sales, and information technology is preferred.
• Sales compensation experience is preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional designation is preferred.
