Senior Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and leadership regarding compensation strategies, market standards, and organizational requirements.

• Assess market and economic patterns and suggest modifications to compensation initiatives.

• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance the analysis, reporting, processes, and insights related to compensation.

• Review new and updated positions and propose salary classifications within the company's job framework.

• Assist in the planning and administration of base salary, incentive, and executive compensation programs.

• Keep track of federal, state, and local compensation regulations, encompassing wage, hour, and equal pay laws.

• Create training and communication materials regarding compensation for HR teams and people managers.

• Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team on compensation and rewards initiatives across the organization.

• Report directly to the Senior Compensation Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in compensation or a related field, including market analysis, job evaluation, salary management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficient in using AI-based productivity, analytics, or research tools to evaluate data and inform recommendations.

• Familiarity with federal and state wage and hour laws as well as equal pay regulations.

• Experience presenting compensation evaluations and recommendations to various levels of management.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with HR or compensation management systems.
