This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage the daily technical execution of Boldr's worldwide compensation programs.
• Act as the main backup contact for the Senior Manager, Total Rewards regarding compensation operations.
• Oversee compensation structures, perform job evaluations, and conduct market benchmarking.
• Develop Boldr's global compensation strategy while ensuring the continuity of strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of job leveling frameworks and salary structures, leading market benchmarking using platforms like Mercer and Radford.
• Supply compensation data for financial planning, pay equity audits, and total rewards forecasting.
• Promote consistency in job architecture, leveling frameworks, compensation bands, leveling guides, career ladders, and job description standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on new and evolving roles to ensure consistent scoping and leveling.
• Perform job evaluations, salary benchmarking, job scoping, and compensation analysis.
• Co-manage the annual compensation review cycle and oversee compensation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, status reporting, People Operations, People Business Partners, Finance, and external compensation tool vendors.
• Create and maintain dashboards, data models, reports, and analytics for the Total Rewards team.
• Establish data integrity standards across HRIS and compensation systems.
• Initiate and implement AI-enhanced workflows to enhance speed and consistency.
• Provide guidance to People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on complex pay decisions and global offer strategies.
• Monitor local regulatory requirements and identify areas of compensation risk.
• Design and conduct internal audits and reviews, enhancing compensation policies and documentation.
• Prepare communications and training materials for People Leaders.
• Compile compensation findings, trends, and recommendations for People leadership and business stakeholders.
• Mentor Total Rewards team members in compensation methodology and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, with a background in a global or multi-country environment.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in job evaluation, market benchmarking, job description development, compensation analysis, and constructing salary bands.
• Proven project management capabilities, with a history of leading compensation projects from inception to completion.
• Experience managing compensation systems (e.g., PayScale, Payfactors) and survey platforms (e.g., Mercer, Radford).
• In-depth understanding of global compensation frameworks, pay equity, and compliance standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, with the confidence to advise leaders on intricate pay decisions.
• Experience or keen interest in utilizing AI tools in compensation workflows to enhance speed and consistency.
• Solid working knowledge of HRIS software and CRM systems.
• Professional certifications such as CCP or GRP are highly preferred.
