Senior Commercial Solicitor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Provide support to businesses of various sizes across multiple sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)

• Extensive general commercial experience in a dynamic, client-centric environment

• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating goods and services agreements and terms of business

• Experience with distribution agreements

• Familiarity with agency agreements

• Knowledge of introducer and referral agreements

• Competence in drafting terms for online sales of goods and/or services

• Experience with website terms

• Understanding of software licenses and end-user license agreements (EULAs)

• Background in software development and support agreements

• Familiarity with software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements and terms

• Strong skills in drafting and negotiation

• Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance that aligns with clients’ commercial goals

• Proven ability to lead matters and maintain client relationships

• Capability to work collaboratively with technology, data protection, employment, and corporate teams

• Adaptability to new systems and technologies

• Willingness to utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Confident in using SharePoint

• Keen attention to detail in document drafting

• Open communication style and ability to engage in constructive discussions

• Solicitor qualification is implied by the required post-qualification experience
