Solicitor – Major Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee an independent caseload of multi-track claims, primarily focusing on defendant major injury, RTA, and personal injury cases.

• Prepare pleadings and reports for clients.

• Participate in court hearings.

• Adhere to court deadlines and directives.

• Perform liability investigations and collect evidence.

• Engage experts and evaluate medical causation issues.

• Effectively prioritize tasks and enhance efficiency in work practices.

• Comply with client service level agreements.

• Foster internal and external professional relationships.

• Build business networks while aligning with the Firm’s direction and client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in litigation involving Multi Track cases.

• Technical expertise in RTA, Motor, or Personal Injury.

• Ideally experienced in managing high-value defendant files, either independently or as a support to senior team members.

• Familiarity with a commercial work environment.

• Experience representing defendants.

• Background in handling Multi Track RTA cases.
