Senior Legal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Deputy General Counsel while collaborating closely with all members of the legal team and business leaders across the organization.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments.

• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and finalize contracts that are essential for OKX's future growth.

• Implement OKX's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or create new SOPs to align with commercial objectives, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and managing legal and regulatory risks.

• Maintain orderly records of contracts and legal documents spanning multiple group entities and jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with business units and legal team members to design, develop, and execute legal processes, training programs, internal guidelines, and playbooks.

• Provide assistance with special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Candidates lacking a law degree but possessing significant prior experience as a paralegal or legal analyst in a law firm or in-house setting will also be taken into consideration.

• Proven capability to independently develop and implement diverse legal processes, policies, and playbooks.

• Demonstrated success in thriving within a dynamic environment where priorities frequently change, while maintaining precision and sound legal judgment.

• Experience in working across various jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements is beneficial.

• Exceptional analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and strong commercial judgment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Ironclad) and e-signature tools (e.g., Docusign) is preferred.
