Senior Commercial Insurance Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including organic growth.

• Leverage Trucordia's sales and marketing tools for cold outreach, face-to-face appointments, and prospect presentations to secure new business and ensure client retention.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a designated field of expertise.

• Oversee a portfolio of clients to maintain high renewal rates.

• Partner with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and to onboard new business accounts.

• Adhere to Trucordia’s sales methodologies and best practices, including the effective use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License issued by the state.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.

• Proficient in professional software such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

• Proven ability in analytics and both internal and external communication.
