Creative Production Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from inception to final delivery

• Monitor deadlines, revisions, and required deliverables

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on elements such as pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Deliver clear and constructive revision suggestions to video editors

• Facilitate introductory conversations with potential clients

• Ensure organized project workflows and maintain effective communication within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Proficient in project and time management

• Background in sales and/or account management

• Confident and professional when engaging with potential clients

• Capable of independently managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Comfortable working in a dynamic remote setting

• Preferred experience in creative operations, video editing/quality assurance, video production, agency work, or performance marketing
