Senior Commercial Insurance Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve designated sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

• Utilize Trucordia's sales and marketing resources for cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to secure new clients

• Act as a subject matter expert in a specific area of expertise

• Oversee a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates

• Work in conjunction with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new accounts

• Guide less experienced Producers throughout the sales and production process

• Maintain a client portfolio generating $500,000 in agency commissions/revenue annually

• Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies, best practices, tools, and sales management systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License issued by the state

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field

• Over 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position

• Strong proficiency in professional software such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce

• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communication
