Senior Commercial Insurance Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve designated sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including organic growth.

• Utilize Trucordia's sales and marketing resources for cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new business and maintain client retention.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and excel in a selected area of expertise.

• Regularly manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates.

• Partner with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new business accounts.

• Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, ensuring appropriate use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License issued by the state.

• Over 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.

• Proficient in using professional software such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communication.
