Senior Commercial Insurance Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, including organic growth.

• Utilize Trucordia's sales and marketing tools for cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new business and enhance client retention.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a designated area of expertise.

• Oversee a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates.

• Work in partnership with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and establish new business accounts.

• Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, ensuring effective use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License issued by the state.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an insurance sales position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communication.
