Senior COE Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Supervise small to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, product-suite, or non-turnkey projects.

• Provide direct or indirect leadership and management of project resources.

• Oversee project delivery, manage profit and loss accountability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop specialized knowledge, acting as a best-practice and quality resource.

• Contribute to strategy and policy formulation, ensuring effective delivery within the designated area of responsibility.

• Analyze data and leverage technical expertise to support informed recommendations.

• Make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues related to operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• Lead small projects that involve moderate risks and resource requirements.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and facilitate consensus-building.

• Influence colleagues and stakeholders on relevant topics within the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Project Management for roles outside the USA.

• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by at least 6 years of relevant experience for USA roles.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues.

• Capable of leading programs and projects effectively.

• Skilled in documentation, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Demonstrated project management expertise.

• Ability to secure authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if required.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
