This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Supervise small to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, product suites, or product/equipment-only projects.
• Provide direct or indirect leadership and management of project resources.
• Oversee project delivery, manage profit and loss accountability, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate project activities and resources.
• Cultivate specialized knowledge and act as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.
• Keep abreast of technical advancements and contribute to strategic and policy formulation.
• Guarantee project delivery within assigned responsibilities.
• Implement project management best practices and comprehend integration with other functions.
• Evaluate data and leverage technical expertise to support informed recommendations.
• Make decisions and resolve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering challenges.
• Lead small projects that involve moderate risks and resource commitments.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and foster consensus among stakeholders.
• Persuade stakeholders on relevant topics within the field.
• Master's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) for positions based in the U.S.
• Extensive experience in Project Management, including roles outside the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Ability to analyze issues and devise effective solutions.
• Proven track record of leading programs and projects successfully.
• Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Well-established project management competencies.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; U.S. Government authorization may be necessary.
• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.
