Senior COBOL Developer / Analyst – Government Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies utilizing the SCRUM framework.

• Engaged in systems analysis tasks.

• Skilled in requirements gathering and analysis, including reverse engineering of COBOL applications.

• Proficient in migrating COBOL applications to Java.

• Capable of preparing system migration documentation.

• Document business rules effectively.

• Familiarity with E-R modeling tools and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Tuleap, etc.).

• Holds a Bachelor's degree and a postgraduate qualification in ICT, Exact Sciences, or Business Administration.
