📋 Description

• Identify and analyze issues and trends in operational and patient clinical trial data using analytical or statistical methods.

• Utilize operational experience and expertise to assess problems and formulate insights based on the analyzed data.

• Communicate identified issues and potential risks to project team members for further action.

• Perform risk assessments and conduct trend analysis.

• Assist in monitoring plans, sponsor oversight, signal detection, and site monitoring strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain readiness for inspections.

• Operate within a Functional Service Partnership model dedicated to a specific pharmaceutical client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience as outlined in the approved job description.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience, as detailed in the client's job description, subject to verification against the requirements for the Sr CM Analyst II level.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Site Monitoring and Site Management.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with risk assessments, monitoring plans, sponsor oversight, trend analysis, signal detection, site monitoring strategy, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
