This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze issues and trends within operational and patient clinical trial data utilizing analytical or statistical tools.

• Apply operational expertise and knowledge to assess issues and generate findings based on the analyzed data.

• Relay issues and potential risks to project team members for appropriate follow-up actions.

• Conduct risk assessments, develop monitoring plans, provide sponsor oversight, perform trend analysis, facilitate signal detection, formulate site monitoring strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare for inspections.

• Collaborate within a Functional Service Partnership dedicated to a specific pharmaceutical client.

• Promote operational excellence for clinical trials within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience as outlined in the approved job description.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience, as specified in the client's job description, subject to verification against the criteria for the Sr CM Analyst II position.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Site Monitoring and Site Management.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.

• In-depth knowledge of risk assessments, monitoring plans, sponsor oversight, trend analysis, signal detection, site monitoring strategies, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
