This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze issues and trends in operational and clinical trial data pertaining to patients, utilizing analytical or statistical tools.

• Utilize operational expertise and insights to assess challenges and formulate conclusions based on analyzed data.

• Relay issues and potential risks to project team members for necessary follow-up actions.

• Perform risk assessments and conduct trend analyses.

• Create monitoring plans and devise site monitoring strategies.

• Assist in sponsor oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare for inspections.

• Collaborate within a Functional Service Partnership dedicated to a specific pharmaceutical client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience as outlined in the approved job description.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience, as specified in the client's job description, subject to validation against the qualifications for the Sr CM Analyst II level.

• In-depth knowledge of Site Monitoring and Site Management.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proven leadership skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with risk assessments, monitoring plans, sponsor oversight, trend analysis, signal detection, site monitoring strategy, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
