Senior Cloud Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Define and uphold the enterprise cloud security architecture for GCP and GRC.

• Offer architectural direction across identity, network, workload, data, and platform security.

• Assess cloud solution designs to ensure they meet security and compliance standards.

• Implement security guardrails and governance for cloud deployments.

• Promote the adoption of secure-by-design methodologies and security automation.

• Evaluate security risks and suggest suitable architectural controls.

• Analyze emerging cloud technologies and propose secure adoption strategies.

• Guide engineering teams on cloud security best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in information security, specifically in cloud security architecture.

• More than 5 years of practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Extensive knowledge of GRC, cloud security principles, IAM, network security, workload protection, data security, and governance.
