Information Security Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in monitoring security alerts and events within corporate systems.

• Aid in the preliminary analysis and triage of security incidents.

• Support vulnerability management initiatives, including tracking remediation efforts and producing reports.

• Execute queries, gather, and integrate information from security tools.

• Help create and update procedures, technical documentation, and departmental metrics.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing information security awareness and culture.

• Identify and propose enhancements to automate the department’s operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English for reading and comprehending technical documentation and articles, as well as communicating with international teams.

• Engagement in courses, labs, Capture the Flag (CTF) events, or projects pertinent to Cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with or interest in process automation utilizing Power Automate, Python, APIs, or similar tools.

• Availability to work 6 hours a day.
