This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Engage in security assessments and secure design evaluations of AI, LLM, and agentic systems throughout InPost's technological landscape.
• Detect, replicate, and analyze actual vulnerabilities within AI-driven and agentic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address vulnerabilities at their source.
• Define and develop engineered security measures for AI/ML and LLM-related risks.
• Create security automation and developer-oriented tools to ensure secure default practices.
• Assess new AI solutions and system architectures for potential security risks.
• Represent security interests in AI governance forums and the AI solutions catalog.
• Implement hands-on cloud and container security measures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Serve as a primary expert on AI-specific attack vectors and emerging threats.
• Convert intricate technical and security findings into straightforward, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of experience in application security or product security.
• More than 5 years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including launching and managing production services.
• At least 5 years of experience in security assessments, secure design evaluations, or threat modeling.
• A solid grasp of generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents, including their construction and deployment in production environments.
• Extensive knowledge of AI-specific attack types and their relevance to real-world systems.
• Experience in securing agentic systems, code-execution environments, or LLM-integrated platforms.
• Proven history of identifying and analyzing genuine vulnerabilities in actual systems.
• Experience in developing engineered security controls.
• Practical cloud and container security experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong presentation capabilities and the ability to distill complex technical and security concepts into clear business communications.
• Proficient English skills for effective communication in an international setting.
• Nice to have: experience in creating security automation or developer-focused security tools.
• Nice to have: familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications.
• Nice to have: understanding of MITRE ATLAS.
