This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the Information Security operations for Grupo Boticário Group.
• Formulate the SecOps strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage 24/7 operations, enhancing processes through automation and AI technologies.
• Supervise managers and teams, emphasizing operational efficiency and employee well-being.
• Oversee the SecOps budget, contracts, SLAs, and vendor management.
• Address complex crises, collaborating with Technology, VPs, Directors, Legal, the DPO, Marketing, and R&D.
• Prepare infrastructure and processes to combat AI-enhanced threats.
• Establish and track MTTD, MTTR, SLAs, and efficiency OKRs.
• Ensure the stability, observability, and governance of cloud environments, networks, servers, and pipelines.
• Lead capacity planning and the ongoing management of cyber operational risks.
• Strategically align with partners, service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Strategic insight and experience in converting business objectives into security and operational plans and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area.
• Background in Technology, particularly in Information Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, or managing critical environments.
• Proven experience in leading managers and teams, with a focus on career progression and succession planning.
• Experience in managing real-time crises, with exposure to senior leadership, including Directors and VPs.
• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, pipelines, and observability in 24/7 settings.
• Familiarity with operational process automation, including scripting, IaC, SOAR, or equivalent technologies, and the implementation of AI in operations.
• Extensive experience in managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and SLA oversight.
• Proficient in technical English for reading and communicating with global partners and vendors.
• Preferred: experience with Security Operations, SOC, CSIRT, or Threat Intelligence teams.
• Preferred: knowledge of NGFW, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, WAF, SASE, and familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Preferred: experience utilizing AI in security, including SOC copilots, LLMs for triage, and ML for anomaly detection.
• Preferred: CISSP or CISM certification, or a postgraduate degree/MBA in Security or Management.
• Advanced English is a plus.
