Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud Sandboxes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee scalable, secure, and dependable cloud solutions for clients.

• Enhance cloud solutions to ensure cost-effectiveness and superior performance.

• Deploy and manage workloads utilizing the most suitable containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and MicroVMs.

• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.

• Create Chef cookbooks, automation scripts, and various tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in roles such as Cloud Engineer, SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar positions.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation, and CloudFront.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Linux systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and CircleCI.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with AWS container services, such as ECS, EKS, and Fargate.

• Knowledge of containerized tools like Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.

• High level of expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Terraform and CloudFormation.

• A solid software development foundation.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, or Ruby.

• Experience with other major cloud providers, including Azure, Snowflake, and GCP, is a plus.
