Senior Cloud Engineer – Product Metrics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Actively participate in shaping the roadmap for the Product Metrics team.

• Collaborate closely within the team to deliver new features, as well as iterate and enhance existing ones.

• Design, construct, operate, and maintain business-critical systems at a petabyte scale.

• Ensure the performance, reliability, availability, and cost-effectiveness of the Product Metrics systems.

• Mentor and assist fellow team members, engage in design discussions, and collaborate effectively with the team.

• Participate in the on-call rotation and take ownership of the services you manage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the software development industry, focusing on building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.

• At least 2 years of experience in software application development using Golang.

• Familiarity with at least one major Cloud Service Provider, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience in efficiently storing, shipping, and retrieving large volumes of data using technologies like ClickHouse.

• Proficient in technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Temporal, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
