Senior Clinical Trial Liaison – US

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a Strategic Site Relationship Manager in a partial capacity.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with clinical investigators, key opinion leaders, sites, and site personnel.

• Offer insights and feedback to internal teams and sponsors.

• Engage in focused discussions about operational challenges, particularly concerning patient recruitment and retention.

• Conduct clinical and scientific dialogues to guarantee quality study endpoints.

• Assist in optimal site selection and aid sites in comprehending protocols and recruiting suitable trial participants.

• Provide support and guidance to project teams regarding site identification and selection.

• Assist project teams with site performance-related issues.

• Proactively address study site challenges to uphold study timelines and quality.

• Initiate, suggest, and communicate corrective actions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A doctoral degree is mandatory, or alternatively, a bachelor's/master's degree in conjunction with experience as an advanced practice provider, such as a Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or another licensed healthcare professional.

• At least 7 years of experience in clinical research within academia, Pharma, Biotech, or CRO, including knowledge of the operational components of clinical research.

• Preferred minimum of 3 years as a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) or Medical Science Liaison.

• At least 3 years of experience in the assigned therapeutic area/indication.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with clinical sites and investigators.

• Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building abilities with clinical sites (both on-site and remote).

• Exceptional networking capabilities.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-driven with proactive issue monitoring and management, including risk assessment and contingency planning.

• Critical thinking and operational expertise with a focus on efficiency.

• Capability to work independently.
