Senior Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Rhythm Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver extensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for Cardiac Rhythm Management products.

• Address inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales personnel.

• Serve as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.

• Establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with clients.

• Offer engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support, along with regional case coverage.

• Create, lead, and conduct training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.

• Provide sales assistance, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training.

• Guide and mentor less experienced Clinical Specialists.

• Continuously enhance engineering, sales, and technical competencies related to the Arrhythmia Management strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.

• Certifications in CRM products are mandatory.

• Proven knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.

• Familiarity with catheterization lab and operating room protocols and procedures.

• Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.

• Engineering skills with the ability to interpret and resolve complex clinical issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work independently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and clients.

• Competency in managing multiple assignments concurrently and efficiently.

• Proficient in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Ability to create presentation materials using graphics, word processing, databases, and authoring tools.
