Senior Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Rhythm Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver extensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for Cardiac Rhythm Management products.

• Address inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales personnel.

• Serve as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the organization.

• Establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with clients.

• Offer engineering, sales, education, and clinical support, along with regional case coverage.

• Create, lead, and conduct training sessions and programs for healthcare professionals.

• Assist with sales, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training.

• Guide and mentor less experienced Clinical Specialists.

• Continuously enhance engineering, sales, and technical expertise related to the Arrhythmia Management strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.

• Required certifications in CRM products.

• Proven understanding of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.

• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols.

• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.

• Engineering skills to analyze and resolve intricate clinical issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work independently.

• Capability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and clients.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and effectively.

• Proficient in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time.
