Senior Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for intricate EP product inquiries.

• Act as a senior clinical liaison between the medical field and the organization.

• Establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with clients.

• Recognize and communicate customer requirements, product effectiveness, and sales possibilities.

• Offer support for complex field inquiries and uphold a comprehensive understanding of EP products, technologies, trends, and competitors.

• Design, lead, and execute training sessions and programs on EP products for healthcare practitioners.

• Provide market insights and input for next-generation products.

• Deliver regional EP procedural case coverage.

• Support EP Sales Representatives with sales assistance, regional training, clinical research/data collection, troubleshooting, and new-product training.

• Mentor and lead less experienced Clinical Specialists.

• Enhance engineering, sales, and technical abilities related to Arrhythmia Management.

• Assist Training and Education with advanced seminars and educational resources.

• Support Sales with sophisticated product demonstrations.

• Stay updated on areas of expertise, regulatory standards, company and competitor products, market objectives, and industry trends.

• Address issues and facilitate prevention of future occurrences.

• Execute assigned responsibilities related to the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in a previous role is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (either internal or external) is necessary.

• Prior experience in the industry or with competitors (if from an external background).

• Fully dedicated to EP support.

• IBHRE EP certification is required.

• Recognized as a top performer among peers.

• Capability to independently handle complex EP cases.

• Ability to mentor and train EP Clinical Specialists and CA Clinical Specialists on complex mapping cases.

• Proficient in conducting complex customer education events independently to convey the value proposition of the complete EP portfolio.

• Confirmation that all vendor credentialing requirements will be met, including potential COVID-19 vaccination.

• Willingness and capability to travel 50% of the time.
