This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee research operations at sites engaged in Worldwide Clinical Trials’ clinical research initiatives.
• Involve yourself in every phase of clinical studies, encompassing site identification, study initiation, regulatory document gathering, support for contract and budget negotiations, site training, study management, and site closure.
• Execute study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Conduct the majority of site management tasks remotely.
• Ensure adherence to informed consent protocols, safety event reporting, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to operate with minimal or no supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, OR a 4-year university degree, OR a Nursing Degree.
• Experience in Oncology, CNS, or Rare Disease is mandatory.
• Applicants must reside in Canada.
• Availability for regional travel is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Comprehensive support for regulatory submissions, TMF management, and in-house CRAs for projects that demand extensive site management.
