Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead monitoring responsibilities for clinical trials, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory obligations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address challenges, and facilitate successful trial implementation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee prompt and precise data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site staff and other stakeholders.

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated model, benefiting from ICON's extensive global expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
