Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Pharmacy Trend Clinical Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and monitor various strategies for clinical programs

• Partner with Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting, Marketing, Trade, and Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review teams

• Manage clinical program target drug lists alongside the Clinical Formulary and Medical Strategies team

• Evaluate, analyze, and report on key performance indicators specific to the program

• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal operations teams

• Engage in clinical program innovation, including the introduction of new initiatives and enhancements to existing programs

• Collaborate across functions to foster continuous improvement and ensure program excellence

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• PharmD from an accredited institution

• Current pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in your state of residence

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analyzing, and deriving insights from data

• Proven experience in working collaboratively and effectively communicating with staff at various levels and management

• Managed Care Residency Training or three years of experience as a managed care pharmacist is preferred

• Board Certification is preferred

• A Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

• Experience in HPS Clinical Programs or HCPR operations is preferred

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for remote employees
