Senior Clinical Compliance Manager, Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead and support cross-functional and multidisciplinary initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders.

• Review, interpret, and apply pertinent laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and best-practice guidelines.

• Develop, assess, implement, and uphold policies and procedures.

• Provide guidance on compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, and strategies for clinical and operational excellence.

• Analyze, identify, and assess risks using risk-management tools and methodologies.

• Define quality metrics, coordinate data collection, analyze outcomes, and prepare relevant documentation and reports.

• Manage expenses within established budgetary limits.

• Create, plan, implement, and supervise clinical audits to ensure accreditation preparedness and quality compliance.

• Offer technical expertise and continual oversight of projects and deliverables.

• Consult and advise clients on accreditation, compliance, and quality initiatives.

• Plan and deliver training and educational sessions for stakeholders.

• Participate in accreditation assessment teams and review outputs for accuracy and compliance.

• Act as a subject-matter expert in evaluating systems and products, providing necessary supporting documentation.

• Support product development through education, validation of quality processes, quality-control audits, performance monitoring, and improvement recommendations.

• Maintain an updated knowledge base of quality standards, laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

• Enhance job knowledge through study, education, publications, professional networks, and organizations.

• Comply with company time-tracking policies and standards.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare compliance, accreditation, and regulatory activities.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in computer and software applications for virtual activities, stakeholder communication, record maintenance, and technical reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with beginner-to-intermediate skills in Excel.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.

• Capability to make accurate decisions based on objective and verifiable evidence.

• Knowledge of relevant industry best practices, professional standards, laws, and regulations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documents and presentations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proven time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

• A valid nursing license is required.

• Professional licensure as required by the state.

• A minimum of 2 years of Infusion Pharmacy experience is requested in the application.
