📋 Description

• Take the lead on clinical coordination activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee and organize clinical trial operations to guarantee compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and project timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve clinical trial challenges, streamline processes, and ensure successful study implementation.

• Supervise site management and monitoring to maintain data integrity and compliance with research protocols.

• Offer guidance and support to clinical personnel and investigators, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor and report on trial advancements, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience in managing clinical trials, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulatory mandates.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple projects, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to ensuring trial success and addressing clinical challenges.
