Senior Clinical Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for IT EMR Services and system applications, primarily focusing on Epic Ambulatory (Healthy/Compass Rose).

• Build, configure, test, implement, and maintain the assigned system applications.

• Conduct thorough analysis, troubleshooting, data collection, and root cause analysis.

• Identify and implement solutions for system or usage challenges.

• Analyze, review, and test product releases, communicating necessary changes to operations.

• Document and adhere to system change control procedures.

• Collaborate with analysts, software vendors, and operational teams to uphold system integrity and satisfy business requirements.

• Research, analyze, facilitate, and implement business and system workflows aimed at process enhancement.

• Identify best practices and execute standardization opportunities.

• Prepare activity reports and other necessary documentation.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.

• Achieve and maintain relevant certifications.

• Offer on-call application support.

• Support application security and role-based access needs.

• Lead and participate in IT projects, implementations, upgrades, testing, and software evaluations.

• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure project scope, timelines, and objectives are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or a related field plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or a related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.

• Associate's degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or a related field plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.

• High School diploma plus nine (9) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Epic Ambulatory and Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 12 months from the date of the last required class to qualify for certification.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States required on the first day of employment.

• Annual TB Screening and Criminal Background Check required.
