This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue growth by effectively managing client relationships, driving both new and existing sales, and providing AT&T products, services, and/or solutions that align with customers’ strategic business objectives.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Comprehend client requirements, employ consultative skills to finalize sales, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and deliver customized presentations.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at generating new opportunities and expanding or retaining existing accounts, achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to uncover sales opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Create and submit comprehensive RFP responses that correspond with client needs and company offerings.
• Assist in resolving customer disputes and account inconsistencies, including issues related to billing, installation, and other customer concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate customer product presentations, services, and migrations.
• Profound understanding of Mobility and AT&T FirstNet solutions, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience selling AT&T mobility products.
• Proven track record of sales success while engaging with strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Strong grasp of technology, applications, and solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the capability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in prospecting and lead generation methods.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes is an advantage.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
• 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the Public Sector & FirstNet.
• Background in Public Safety is preferred.
• Experience with LMR (Land Mobile Radio) is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and devise strategic initiatives to grow and maintain the revenue stream of designated accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in delivering product presentations/services/migrations tailored to customer needs.
• Competent in Identifying, Qualifying, Proposing, and Closing Opportunities.
• Able to extract relevant information from customers for design, pricing, and ordering.
• Capable of developing sales forecasts and billed revenue projections (RMT).
