This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the administrative officer assisting Fifth Third Wealth Advisors in managing their client accounts.
• Provide support to Bank trust advisors and administrators in the management of clients’ trusts.
• Collaborate with Fifth Third Wealth Advisors to maintain the client base and enhance processes and client experiences.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, which includes preparing documentation for new accounts, account openings, asset transfers, and liaising with external custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity.
• Work with the Middle Office on account openings, cash transactions, and asset transfers.
• Monitor daily fiduciary activities.
• Ensure adherence to processes, procedures, rules, regulations, and internal governance standards.
• Guarantee the retention of client documentation.
• Foster relationships with clients’ external partners, including attorneys, accountants, and planners.
• Assist in preparing client proposals and marketing materials to support new business development.
• Create and maintain client accounts on Life 360.
• Utilize CRM systems effectively.
• Identify, evaluate, manage, monitor, and report risks while adhering to the firm’s and Bank’s risk tolerance.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in client service or sales, specifically with high net worth or ultra high net worth clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) is preferred.
• Familiarity with client relationship management systems (CRM), document storage, and electronic workflow tools is necessary.
• A general understanding of investment reporting systems, investment performance calculations, and analytics is important.
• Basic knowledge of investment strategies, markets, securities, ratings, etc., is required.
• A foundational understanding of portfolio management and trade order management systems; familiarity with Charles River investment system is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of custodial systems is needed.
• Willingness to travel within the designated footprint as required.
