This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +11 more states.
• Develop strategies for account management concerning client service plans.
• Maintain current client relationships while enhancing customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, conducting client surveys, and generating new business.
• Manage programs for large clients that necessitate dedicated personnel, multiple locations, and intricate service models.
• Supervise the activities of local Client Services personnel.
• Deliver stewardship reporting and inform clients about issues and trends that affect their programs.
• Carry out pre-renewal visits and assess client loss experiences along with company performance.
• Detect potential client dissatisfaction prior to renewal discussions.
• Execute client renewals, amend contracts, and prepare Client Service Instructions for intricate programs.
• Guide and influence internal teams to minimize process, technology, and resource limitations.
• Manage client invoicing, audits, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Address significant customer service challenges.
• Offer support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to staff.
• Implement personnel policies while adhering to staffing and training standards.
• Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and create performance development plans for colleagues.
• Facilitate performance evaluations for colleagues.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• At least two (2) years of experience as an account manager or five (5) years as an adjuster, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in liability is required.
• Operations/Client Service experience is preferred.
• Capability to supervise local Client Services staff.
• Experience in managing complex programs that involve dedicated staff, multiple offices, and intricate service models.
