This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more country.
• Lead a team of top-tier recruiters to deliver exceptional client services.
• Establish performance benchmarks and objectives, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance, coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Maintain regular communication through individual meetings, team gatherings, and additional touchpoints.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes collaboration and learning.
• Develop strong partnerships with client stakeholders and integrate fully within their organizations.
• Collaborate with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to effectively onboard new clients.
• Create and analyze recruiting metrics, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction, productivity, and sourcing metrics.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build relationships and establish trust.
• Oversee programs, events, and campaigns aimed at building candidate pipelines and enhancing recruiting strategies.
• Implement comprehensive hiring strategies, including outreach to passive candidates, recruitment marketing, and the use of recruitment technologies.
• Attend client meetings to share updates, data, and address any gaps in service delivery.
• Assist clients with their recruitment process needs and utilize shared delivery resources.
• Manage Cielo-specific performance reports and profit and loss statements.
• Promote process standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency across operations.
• Share best practices and support organizational initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Previous experience in a results-driven talent acquisition or human resources position.
• Proven experience in coaching peers or leading a team.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Self-motivated and inherently curious.
• Strong consulting abilities and capacity to drive processes.
• Familiarity with OFCCP regulations (US).
• Experience sourcing candidates using a variety of tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
