Senior Client Partner – Financial Services

📋 Description

• Establish connections with senior client stakeholders to identify pressing C&R business challenges and convey the capabilities of C&R Software.

• Investigate and define solution possibilities in collaboration with internal sales, product, delivery, and marketing specialists.

• Develop detailed business plans for clients.

• Negotiate intricate agreements and structure contracts to safeguard current business while securing new opportunities.

• Ensure client satisfaction with the solutions purchased and the quality of service provided by C&R Software.

• Work alongside Product Development, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to guide solution roadmaps according to regional market demands.

• Oversee sales performance against quarterly and annual objectives.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.

• Commitment to 40 scheduled hours per week.
