This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer administrative and operational assistance for one or two major client accounts or a collection of smaller health plan clients.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and operational leader for member journey processes and client materials.
• Assist clients in navigating process requirements, implementing updates, resolving inquiries, and tracking action items.
• Take ownership of meeting documentation for client-facing discussions and internal team meetings, including agendas, presentations, minutes, and action items.
• Record, document, and monitor open items and deliverables resulting from meetings and email communications.
• Handle ad-hoc client inquiries by collaborating with internal departments and providing prompt responses.
• Oversee the intake, internal routing, and client-facing resolution of member grievances.
• Collaborate with Production, Business Analysts, and Data Relationship Managers to sustain operational workflows and account priorities.
• Document and relay client particulars in profiles, account records, and tracking sheets.
• Provide backup support for the Client Success Manager/Executive or Client Operations Owner.
• Act as the primary account contact for smaller accounts or lines of business.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in operations, client support, or administrative account coordination.
• Direct experience in client-facing roles with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or PowerBI is advantageous.
• Proven experience in meeting administration, including agenda preparation, detailed note-taking, and action item tracking.
• Proficient in reviewing, analyzing, and organizing data using Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plan structures.
• Familiarity with AI agent technologies and their application in data analysis and addressing complex inquiries.
• Proficient in copywriting, proofreading, or editing skills.
• Experience in facilitating and presenting to clients and cross-functional teams multiple times a week for over a year.
• This position is remote within the US, with some travel required.
